My two friends and I have just returned from a stay at your hotel. It was our first visit to your city. I personally would like to thank you for your excelent facilities and service. When visiting again, your hotel will be my first choice - although I may treat myself to a bigger room !! But if for no other reason to return, it will be for your wonderful receptionist. She was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble, she solved problem instantly, with such humour and charm. She is a credit to your hotel - if only others were like her. Hello Iveta, Just a quick note to let you know that we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Prague. The weather was nice; the staff at the hotel was very helpful; the room arrangements were perfect (Thank you). Breakfast was good and the whole group enjoyed the restaurant that Barbora recommended. The hotel was great - thanks! The rooms and service were of a high standard and the location was perfect. I loved the room - huge big windows! Europe is such a contrast to Australia so every evening I'd sit to admire the skyline with its rooftops and spires and red trams hurtling along the tracks below. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for any clients asking.
